Who we are

Aperio ("Aperio", "we", "us") is a B2B signal enrichment and lead intelligence service operated by Kiril Gichevski. Our website is tryaperio.com. You can reach us at contact@tryaperio.com.

What data we collect and why

Pilot request form. When you submit a pilot request on our website, we collect:

• Name, work email, company, and role — to identify you and follow up
• ICP filters (industry, company size, geography, hiring departments, job titles) — to configure your signal pipeline
• Current outreach tools — to understand your stack and tailor the delivery format

This data is stored in our cloud database and used solely to set up and operate your pilot. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Third-party company and contact data. As part of the service, we process publicly available B2B data about companies and professionals — including funding announcements, hiring signals, leadership changes, and business contact information. This data is sourced from third-party providers specialising in:

• Business signal detection (hiring activity, leadership changes, funding events)
• Company and contact enrichment
• Email finding and verification

The legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest in providing B2B prospecting intelligence to our customers. The data relates exclusively to professional roles and business activity, not personal or consumer matters.

How we use your data

• To configure and deliver your signal pipeline
• To send you enriched lead lists via Google Sheets, CSV, or email digest
• To contact you about your pilot and any follow-up service
• To notify our team of new pilot requests via transactional email

We do not use your data to train machine learning models, serve advertisements, or profile you for any purpose outside the service.

Third-party services we use

• Cloud infrastructure provider — hosting and database storage. Data is stored in US infrastructure.
• Transactional email provider — pilot request notifications and daily digest delivery.
• Google Sheets — delivery of enriched lead lists to customers who opt in.
• Data enrichment providers — signal sourcing and contact enrichment (see above).

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy and data processing terms.

Data retention

• Pilot request form data is retained for as long as you are a customer or prospect, and deleted upon request.
• Enriched signals and contact records are retained for up to 90 days after your service ends, then purged.
• Delivery records (logs of what was sent and when) may be retained for up to 12 months for audit purposes.

Your rights

If you would like to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, email us at contact@tryaperio.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If your data appears in our enriched contact records as a third-party subject (i.e., you are a decision-maker whose information was surfaced as a signal), you may also request removal by emailing us. We will suppress your data from future deliveries.

Security

Data is stored in a cloud database with access restricted to our application layer. We do not store payment information. API keys and credentials are stored as environment secrets, not in code.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
